💳 Bring Cards to Sell — But Know Your Price

Most vendors buy as well as sell. If you're selling, be clear on your expectations.
Use tools like 130point.com or Card Ladder to look up recent sold prices for similar cards (driver, parallel, condition, etc).

💸 Set a Budget – It’s Easy to Get Carried Away

UK card shows are filled with grails — and the hype is real. It’s easy to get overwhelmed, especially if it’s your first time.

• Set a spend limit and try to stick to it.

• Ask for deals — vendors are often more flexible at shows than online.

• Save some budget until you’ve walked the floor.

🏃‍♂️ Pace Yourself

The rooms can be huge. Don’t blow your budget at the first table!
But also… if you see a card you’ve been hunting, be decisive. Hot grails do move fast.

🧠 Treat it Like a Hobby Museum

Enjoy the vibe. Chat with vendors. Ask questions. Be a fan, not just a buyer.
Some of the best experiences come from just nerding out over cool cards with other collectors.

🧾 Buy Tickets Early (But Don’t Stress)

Many shows offer early bird tickets online and can sell out.
That said, most also sell tickets on the door from late morning.
